Got siblings under one parent account? Put all their IDs in the same cell, separated by a semicolon (e.g. MILS-3190; MILS-3191). Not sure if a student's ID is STU-#### or MILS-####? Don't worry โ€” the last 4 digits alone are enough to find the right match.

โš™ Advanced: update linking for existing Parent/Student accounts

Only needed to change which child(ren) an already-existing Parent/Student account can see (e.g. a sibling joined the school, or a mistake needs fixing) โ€” not for creating new accounts, since that already happens above. Each row: a Username (must already exist as a Parent/Student account) and one or more Student ID(s) (the "STU-####" ID shown in Student Database exports) โ€” separate multiple IDs in one cell with a semicolon. Re-uploading a username replaces its previous student list.

Pick which mark-entry item you want to fill in from an Excel sheet. Only that item will be updated for the students already in this class list โ€” everything else on their record stays untouched.

The file needs a ID or Student Name column to identify each student, plus a column with the item's own name (e.g. "Month 1 Q. 1") or a column titled Score. The downloadable template already has the right columns and current class list, so it's the easiest way to start. Rows that don't match any student in the current list are skipped and listed after the upload.
